Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cincinnati - Mason, An Ihg Hotel, Mason

I stayed at this hotel with my three teens and found the room challenging to manage. Although we made it work, the tub was hard to get in and out of, and stacking suitcases due to limited space was inconvenient. I may not choose to stay here again considering the room setup and the price.

Even with three teens, we made it work in the rooms, but I wouldn't choose this hotel again. The rooms were quiet enough for sleeping, very clean, well-lit, and could get up to 85 degrees. The service was exceptionally professional and polite, although they need to become a little more careful about transactions. The location is in a great area with an expensive feel; however, it needs updating. The dining, due to current circumstances, was good and complimentary, with many options for our lil ones.

The hotel rooms were a nice size and newly updated with paint and carpeting, although the tubs were hard to get in and out of and the elevator noise was a bit bothersome. The service was friendly and accommodating, although they were unable to provide a portable rollaway bed. The location was beautiful with plenty of seating and close to many restaurants and shopping options, but the stay was tough due to some situation. The dining experience was mixed with some excellent dishes but limited vegetarian options. Overall, it was a decent stay with some ups and downs.
